EA211 1.2TSI/TFSI Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original Mahle Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Audi A3 8V, Seat Leon, Skoda Octavia, and VW Golf with the EA211 1.2TSI/TFSI 86-110HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 120% power (74 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

Details on the construction of the turbo:

• Machined Mahle seal plate and compressor housing,
• Genuine Mahle exhaust manifold,
• Genuine Mahle bearing housing,
• Original actuator,
• Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
• Dynamically balanced,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with ~160HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

Example project

One of our clients managed to produce 154 HP and 252 Nm at the crank with this turbo. The car was also equipped with:

• stock intake with K&N air filter
• aluminum charge pipe
• ngk laser spark plugs
