Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~220HP at the crank. Listo of modifications:

• Clipped and Lightened genuine Turbine Wheel to help reduce backpressure,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~250HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 220 option are the same except:

• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

MuchBoost EA211 1.4TSI 280

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~280HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 250 option are the same except:

• Additionally enlarged Compressor Wheel,
• Additionally larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

The turbo is meant to work with ~160HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

Example project

One of our clients managed to produce 154 HP and 252 Nm at the crank with this turbo. The car was also equipped with:

• aluminum charge pipe
• ngk laser spark plugs

• Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel 7+7 Blades*,
• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine reinforced actuator,
• Precisely machined Exhaust housing

* Please realize, that the 300HP option requires a bigger diameter of the intake pipe.
