Direct Cold Air Intake for 1.2 / 1.4 TSI EA211 MQB – VW Scirocco

The new Direct Intake System is a bolt-on kit, that is mounted to the front of the vehicle without the need of extra silicone couplers and ducts.

Our design allows the maximum airflow with minimum restrictions and direct feed to the turbocharger. This results in increased airflow, better throttle response and a crisp engine sound that enhances the driving experience.

The use of vacuum infused carbon fiber reduces heat transfer from the hot engine bay to the cold air charge coming from the front grille, and thus performance is significantly improved.

Moreover, heat soak is minimized, especially at low-speed city driving or traffic.

1.8T Borgplaat voor spruitstukbouten

Borgplaat voor de spruitstukbouten op alle 1.8T motoren met K03 en K04 turbochargers.

Losse spruitstukbouten bij 1.8T zijn niet ongewoon. Met deze borgring is het probleem opgelost. Door lipjes, die bij de schroefkop omhoog gebogen zijn om vast te zetten, kunnen de schroeven niet meer los.

Past niet op het S3 K04 spruitstuk.

Passend voor:
Alle 20vt motoren behalve BAM/AMK motoren.

1.8T SAI Secundaire Lucht Aanvoer Afdekplaatje met Weerstand, Secondary Air Intake Cover Plate with Resistor

Celtemp Engineering 1.8T (VAG) afdekplaatje voor het afsluiten van de Secondary Air Intake. Dit plaatje is o.a. nodig voor het uitvoeren van een MOD aan de secundaire luchtpomp systeem.

Dit product is gecombineerd met een weerstand voor het vervangen van de recirculatie luchtpomp.
Na het verwijderen van deze pomp komt er een storing in de ECU en een waarschuwing op het dashboard.
Deze weerstand zorgt ervoor dat de ECU deze foutmelding niet krijgt.
Soms blijft de foutcode terugkomen in dit geval zijn er 2 weerstanden nodig. Klik hier

This product is combined with a resistor to replace the recirculating airpump.
After the removal of the recirculating airpump, the ECU will detect a fault and the check engine light comes on. With te resistor the check engine light stays off.
Sometimes the error code keeps coming back, in this case 2 resistors are needed. Click here
