<p>Muchboost <b>IS38 2.0TSI</b> Hybrid Upgraded Turbocharger with a <strong>Custom Compressor Billet Wheel 6+6 or 7+7 blades and Enlarged High-Flow 8 or 9 blade Turbine Wheel </strong>(depending on the option). It is based on an original <strong>IHI</strong> turbocharger, which means that <strong>installation is 100% P&amp;P. </strong>The turbocharger is meant to work with Audi S3 8V, Seat Leon Cupra, and VW Golf VII GTI/R with the 2.0TFSI 265HP-310HP engines.</p>
<p>The turbo delivers great power characteristics and has something to offer for anyone that’s interested in gaining more power from their daily driver or trying to get maximum performance from their fun weekend car. You don’t have to worry about being taken over anymore.</p>
<p>We have developed 3 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from <strong>380HP to 550+HP</strong>.</p>
<h5>MuchBoost IS38 380</h5>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~<strong>380HP</strong> at the crank. List of modifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold <strong>more boost.</strong></li>
</ul>
<h5>MuchBoost IS38 460</h5>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated <strong>~460HP</strong> at the crank @1.6Bar. The bearings are also upgraded with this option. List of modifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,</li>
<li>More efficient and larger <strong>Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 blades,</strong></li>
<li>Enlarged and Lightened <strong>High-Flow 8 blade</strong> <strong>Turbine Wheel,</strong></li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 compressor housing,</li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 exhaust manifold,</li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 bearing housing,</li>
<li>Original actuator and diverter valve,</li>
<li>The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.</li>

<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of <strong>~500HP</strong> at the crank @2.2Bar. Modifications compared to the 460 option are the same, except:</p>

<p>The new Direct Intake System is a bolt-on kit, that is mounted to the front of the vehicle without the need of extra silicone couplers and ducts.</p>
<p>Our design allows the maximum airflow with minimum restrictions and direct feed to the turbocharger. This results in increased airflow, better throttle response and a crisp engine sound that enhances the driving experience.</p>
<p>The use of vacuum infused carbon fiber reduces heat transfer from the hot engine bay to the cold air charge coming from the front grille, and thus performance is significantly improved.</p>
<p>Moreover, heat soak is minimized, especially at low-speed city driving or traffic.</p>
