										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>LOBA High Pressure Fuel Pump VAG MQB 2.0TSI EA888 Gen.3 HP20.3</p>
<p>The LOBA HP20.3 High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) is suitable for the VAG 1.8/2.0 TSI and TFSI with engine code EA888 Gen.3.</p>
<p>Cars that have been tuned consume more fuel which causes fuel to stop being delivered by the original high-pressure fuel pump at a certain performance level (not enough fuel supply). Developed to solve this problem, the LOBA high-pressure fuel pump delivers the necessary pressure, higher flow rates and fuel at high performance levels.</p>
<p>Capable of delivering more than 220 bar.</p>
<p>This is an assembled fuel pump. The pistons have a carbon coating similar to diamond (DCL). Otherwise, the design is almost identical to the original fuel pump.</p>

<p>Dit is 1 van de beste injector kit welke je kan kopen voor de EA113 motoren &amp; EA888 Gen 1 Gen 2!<br />
Geen zwarte rook uit de uitlaat door het perfect spraybeeld van de injector.</p>
<p>&#8211; 4x Originele Bosch injectoren<br />
&#8211; 4x Kabelset met stekker (moet gesoldeerd worden)<br />
&#8211; 600PK met 175bar brandstofdruk klep</p>
<p>Kan ook gebruikt worden als vervanging van de originele injectoren. Software moet wel worden aangepast door je huidige tuner of mogelijk bij ons.</p>

<p>Beschermkap voor een hogedrukpomp van een 2.0 TFSI motor.</p>
<p>Veel voorkomend probleem is dat de High Pressure Fuel Pump (oftewel HPFP) vaak kapot gaat door het resoneren van de afdekplaat van de motor.<br />
De afdekplaat van de 2.0 TSFI motor resoneert tegen de pomp waardoor de sensor van de pomp vaak scheurt en vervolgens afbreekt.<br />
Dit resulteert in klachten als;<br />
het slecht lopen van de motor, vermogensverlies, afslaan van de motor en tot het niet meer kunnen starten van de motor.</p>
<p>De sensor van de HPFP is niet afzonderlijk te vervangen waardoor bij een defecte sensor altijd een nieuwe hogedruk brandstofpomp gemonteerd moet worden.<br />
De HPFP is een gevoelig en zeer kostbaar product. Het vervangen van een hogedruk brandstofpomp gaat vaak richting een aantal honderd euro.</p>
<p>De oplossing van Celtemp Engineering voor dit probleem is een beschermkap die ruimte behoudt tussen de afdekplaat van de 2.0 TFSI motor en de HPFP.<br />
De beschermkap zorgt ervoor dat de sensor van de HPFP ten alle tijden beschermd wordt van het resoneren van de afdekplaat.<br />
Ook biedt de beschermkap design en bescherming aan de sensor voor autos waar de afdekplaat van is verwijderd.</p>
