										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Deze <strong>CTS Turbo LPFP upgrade kit </strong>is een vervangende lagedruk brandstofpomp voor de originele brandstofpomp. Deze LPFP upgrade kit is passend op de<strong> VAG MQB 2.0 TSI en TFSI motoren</strong> die onder andere terug te vinden zijn op de VW Golf 7 GTI en R, Audi S3 8V, Skoda Octavia RS 5E, Cupra Ateca en de Seat Leon Cupra 5F. Controleer op welke automodellen deze CTS LPFP upgrade past door op het tabblad ‘Past dit op mijn auto?’ te klikken.</p>
<p>Het standaard brandstofsysteem van de VAG MQB auto’s met de 2.0 TSI/TFSI motoren bestaat uit 2 verschillend brandstofpompen, namelijk een lagedruk pomp (LPFP) en een hogedruk pomp (HPFP). Er zijn meerder opties in de markt voor HPFP upgrades, maar voor de LPFP upgrades ben je al heel beperkt in het aanbod. CTS Turbo heeft daarom een LPFP upgrade kit ontwikkeld, waarmee je een volledig geïntegreerd systeem hebt.</p>
<p>Deze upgrade bestaat uit een Walbro 525LPH in-tank brandstofpomp die vermogens van wel 600+ pk aankan. Wanneer je een brandstofpomp zoekt die alle vermogen aankan, is deze upgrade van CTS de beste keuze in de markt.</p>
<p>Let wel op dat bij het monteren van deze LPFP upgrade enkele lichte aanpassingen gedaan dienen te worden aan je LPFP houder in de brandstoftank.</p>

<p>The LOBA HP20.3 High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) is suitable for the VAG 1.8/2.0 TSI and TFSI with engine code EA888 Gen.3.</p>
<p>Cars that have been tuned consume more fuel which causes fuel to stop being delivered by the original high-pressure fuel pump at a certain performance level (not enough fuel supply). Developed to solve this problem, the LOBA high-pressure fuel pump delivers the necessary pressure, higher flow rates and fuel at high performance levels.</p>
<p>Capable of delivering more than 220 bar.</p>
<p>This is an assembled fuel pump. The pistons have a carbon coating similar to diamond (DCL). Otherwise, the design is almost identical to the original fuel pump.</p>

<h2>MuchBoost IS38 380</h2>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~<strong>380HP</strong> at the crank. List of modifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold <strong>more boost.</strong></li>
</ul>
<h2>MuchBoost IS38 460</h2>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated <strong>~460HP</strong> at the crank @1.6Bar. The bearings are also upgraded with this option. List of modifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,</li>
<li>More efficient and larger <strong>Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 blades,</strong></li>
<li>Enlarged and Lightened <strong>High-Flow 8 blade</strong> <strong>Turbine Wheel,</strong></li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 compressor housing,</li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 exhaust manifold,</li>
<li>Genuine IHI IS38 bearing housing,</li>
<li>Original actuator and diverter valve,</li>
<li>The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.</li>

<h2>Muchboost IS38 500</h2>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of <strong>~500HP</strong> at the crank @2.2Bar. Modifications compared to the 460 option are the same, except:</p>
<ul>
<li>even larger <strong>Billet Compressor Wheel</strong>,</li>
<li>larger <strong>9 blade</strong> <strong>Turbine Wheel</strong> to provide much <strong>more flow</strong> and <strong>lower exhaust temperatures with higher boost</strong>,</li>

<p>Upgraded Turbocharger with an estimated potential of <strong>~550+HP</strong> at the crank @ 2.2Bar. Modifications compared to the 500 option are the same except:</p>

<p>To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.</li>

<p>Our design allows the maximum airflow with minimum restrictions and direct feed to the turbocharger. This results in increased airflow, better throttle response and a crisp engine sound that enhances the driving experience.</p>
<p>The use of vacuum infused carbon fiber reduces heat transfer from the hot engine bay to the cold air charge coming from the front grille, and thus performance is significantly improved.</p>
<p>Moreover, heat soak is minimized, especially at low-speed city driving or traffic.</p>
