EA111 1.4TSI Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and Clipped/Larger Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original BorgWarner Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Seat Alhambra II, Ibiza IV, VW Golf V, Golf VI, Polo V, Scirocco, Sharan II, Tiguan, and Touran with the EA211 1.4TSI 140-180HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 200% power (140 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 240HP to 280HP.

MuchBoost EA111 1.4TSI 240

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~240HP at the crank. List of modifications:

Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel,
Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
Genuine BorgWarner compressor housing,
Genuine BorgWarner bearing housing,
Genuine BorgWarner exhaust manifold,
Original actuator,
Dynamically balanced,
The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost EA111 1.4TSI 280

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of 280HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 240 option are the same except:

Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel,
Bigger Turbine Wheel,
Reinforced actuator.

Other significant modifications

In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

1.4 TSI EA111 Twincharger Turbocharger Intake Hose

This particular kit is an intake hose that joins one end of the supercharger flap assembly to the intake of the turbocharger. The tubing’s inside diameter is significantly increased compared to the stock intake tubing and thus airflow restriction is minimized. The billet aluminum end fittings fit on both ends just like the stock system and thus proper sealing is ensured.

Optionally the billet aluminum ends can be hard anodized with a color that increases surface hardness and provides a corrosion-resistant film on the aluminum.

The silicone hose helps to keep the intake air temperature cold since silicone has a low thermal conductivity, especially compared to aluminum or stainless steel tubing.

The Kit includes:

Black silicone hose
Billet aluminum hard anodized end fittings
Inox bolt
Inox hose clamps

The aluminum fittings are made of 6000 series billet aluminum.
