<p>Deze set vervangt de originele cilinderkopbouten door zeer sterke Pro-Series 18.8 cilinderkopbouten.<br />
Dit is nodig bij aanzienlijke vermogensstijgingen, omdat de originele cilinderkopbouten tijdens het gebruik uitrekken en de cilinderkop kan loskomen.<br />
De Pro-Series 18.8 tapbouten met een treksterkte van 1850 N/mm² bieden hiervoor een oplossing.<br />
Bovendien hoeven deze tapbouten na demontage niet te worden vervangen, maar kunnen ze worden hergebruikt</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>EA111 </b>Upgraded Turbocharger with a <strong>Custom Billet Compressor Wheel </strong>and a <strong>Clipped</strong> and <strong>Lightened Turbine Wheel</strong>. It is based on an original Mitsubishi Turbocharger, which means that the installation is <strong>100%P&amp;P. </strong>The turbocharger is meant to work with Audi A3 8P, VW Golf VI, Seat Leon, Skoda Octavia, and others with the <strong>EA111 122HP</strong> engines.</p>
<p>The turbo delivers up to <strong>204% power (128 extra HP)</strong> over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.</p>
<p>We have developed 3 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from <strong>210HP</strong> to<strong> 250HP</strong>.</p>
<h5>MuchBoost EA111 210</h5>
<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated <strong>~210HP</strong> at the crank. List of modifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold <strong>more boost,</strong></li>
<li><strong>Genuine</strong> <strong>actuator</strong></li>
<li>More efficient and larger <strong>Billet Compressor Wheel,<br />
</strong></li>
<li>Genuine <strong>Clipped </strong>and <strong>Lightened </strong><strong>Turbine Wheel,</strong></li>
<li>Genuine Mitsubishi compressor housing,</li>
<li>Genuine Mitsubishi bearing housing,</li>
<li>Genuine Mitsubishi exhaust manifold,</li>
<li>Dynamically balanced,</li>
<li>The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.</li>

<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of <strong>~230HP</strong> at the crank. Modifications compared to the 210 option are the same except:</p>

<p>Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of <strong>~250HP</strong> at the crank. Modifications compared to the 230 option are the same except:</p>

<li><strong>High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel.</strong></li>

<h5>Other significant modifications</h5>
<p><span class="_5yl5">The turbo is meant to work with ~<strong>220-250HP</strong> In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, intake, and cooling systems as well. For this turbo to work correctly you will also need to get an EBC (external boost controller) installed. </span></p>
<h5>Example project</h5>
<p>A great example of our turbo at work is a VW Jetta with<strong> 204HP</strong> and <strong>328Nm</strong> of torque. Dyno graph below.</p>
